At Willow Nursery & Best Start Family Hub, our team is made up of highly qualified and experienced professionals, many with long-standing service within Brent and at our nursery. Their dedication, knowledge, and commitment to children and families are at the heart of everything we do.

Our staff care for every child with compassion, patience, and genuine dedication — building strong, trusting relationships that help children feel safe, valued, and confident to explore and learn. We are highly trained in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensure inclusive practice is embedded in everything we do. Our team understands the importance of tailored support, early intervention, and personalised approaches so that every child can reach their full potential.

We continuously invest in our team through individual professional development tailored to each person’s strengths and areas for growth, as well as ongoing training together as a whole team. This ensures consistency, collaboration, and the highest quality practice across our nursery and family hub.

Safeguarding is central to our work. All staff receive regular safeguarding and child protection training and follow clear policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of every child. We work closely with families and professionals to maintain a secure environment where children are protected, supported, and heard at all times.
