Late Fees

If you are going to be late collecting your child, please call the nursery:

020 8937 6561 / 6562

This allows staff to reassure your child that you are on your way, which can help reduce anxiety.

If you arrive later than your agreed pick-up time, you will be charged:

£5 for every 10 minutes you are late.

Late fees help cover the cost of staff remaining after their scheduled working hours.
