We actively promote equality and inclusion by:

At Willow Nursery, we support children in developing an early understanding of British Values, which help prepare them to become respectful and responsible members of society.

Democracy

Children are encouraged to share their ideas, make choices and express their opinions. For example, they may help choose activities, stories or songs during group time, learning that their voice is important.

Individual Liberty

The Rule of Law
