Admission Information
Opening Hours
- Open: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Core Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm
- Extended hours available (subject to availability and fees)
Attendance Options
- Children aged 2+ can attend term‑time or all‑year‑round
- Babies (0–2 years) must attend all‑year‑round
- Minimum attendance: 2 days per week
Children With SEND
- Children with significant SEND needs must be referred to the Under‑5s Panel by a professional
- Approved children are then referred to us for placement
- We offer a 1:3 staffing ratio for children with SEND
Joining the Waiting List
To join the waiting list, families must provide:
- Nursery Application Form
- Birth certificate
- Proof of address
Places are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Fees & Charges
- Deposit: 2 weeks (for children taking paid hours)
- Lunch fee: £3.00 per day
- Funded hours accepted (15 & 30 hours)
- Extra hours charged at our standard rate
- Changes to hours → allowed if available, it will incur a change fee, and will require notice
Settling‑In Period
- Two‑week settling‑in process
- A parent or familiar adult stays with the child ( they will be advised by the room leader/key worker)
- Start with 1 hour, gradually increasing time
- Parents are slowly encouraged to step out of the room
Notice Period
- One‑month written notice required to end your place or reduce sessions
Deposit returned/applied only when correct notice is given
